CAMERA RADARS 2A, 3

The Videorapid speedometer (camera radar) is a modern instrument for speed measurements. This product has been developed successively, into the following versions Videorapid 1, 2, 2A and 3.

The device enables:

• continuous recording of traffic events before or after the vehicle, by means of two cameras
• indirect speed measurement of the vehicle being controlled by means of a control speedometer, carried out while the vehicle is moving (dynamic speed measurement)
• direct measurement of the speed of the controlled vehicle driving from the opposite direction, or going in the same direction as the control vehicle, by means of a radar head connected by a cable to the control speedometer, while the control vehicle is moving or stationary (dynamic or static speed measurement).

Since the beginning of the project, a number of significant changes have been introduced to the device to improve its functionality and reliability. The offered system performs recording in the form of digital video sequences at high resolution.
